Advantages of Oxy-hydrogen generator(water cutting machine) in carbon steel cutting

At present, oxy-hydrogen generator (water cutting machine) have been known by the carbon steel industry. and is beginning to replace some traditional gas cutting method as for its prominent superiority.

The water cutting machine can be wide application of mental,steel,copper pipe cutting etc.

Compared with acetylene,propane etc, its advantages are mainly reflected in the following respects:

(1) Compared with acetylene and propane flame, oxy-hydrogen gas flame is concentrated. 

      Preheating time is short in the same energy condition

(2)Compared with other fuel cutting, the affect zone of oxy-hydrogen flame is small.

(3) Oxy-hydrogen gas cutting machine is barely have hang slag, cutting section have a good vertical.
