Oxy-hydrogen generator is also called as Brown gas generator. In some industries, it is called water welding machine, water oxygen welding machine, water hydrogen flame machine, sometimes also referred to as oxy-hydrogen welding machine, oxy-hydrogen flame machine, oxy-hydrogen energy generator, etc. Actually, all of them are the device to oxygen and hydrogen by water electrolysis.
Oxy-hydrogen generator is to convert alternative current (AC) into to direct current (DC), decompose alkaline water stocked in the electrolysis cell (H2O) into oxygen ion (OH-) and hydrogen ion (H+), in which the hydrogen ions move to the cathode of electrode to form as hydrogen (H2), and oxy-hydrogen ions move o the anode to be oxygen(O2).
The formation of hydrogen and oxygen in electrolysis cell through the device of cooling and safety ( that is anti-backfire device) processing, and pass through the soft pipe to torch. Then open the valve of the torch, you can use lighters or electronic lighters. The flame of oxy-hydrogen can apply to heat, cut, weld or mix with other fuels to burn. It can apply in cutting, heating and welding. According to the different industrial application, oxy-hydrogen generator can be reformed to apply in other industries, such as catalyzing combustion for oil to improve its combustion efficiency, cleaning carbon for automobile engines and etc.
